This is a super great mask. The rubber piece holding the strap tore on my first mask, but I sent a picture of it to the customer service team who immediately responded and sent me a new one in just a few days as it has a lifetime warranty!

I ordered a mask, booties, and received a free snorkel for going over the $99 threshold. The snorkel shipped separately from the other two items. It made it to my house in only a few days. I was hoping the same could be said about the rest of the order. As of now I’ve waiting nearly 10 days for the rest of the gear to show up. On the tracking info it says it hasn’t even left the facility left “waiting for details”. I sent an email asking what’s up with the delay and got an AI auto response that basically repeated what I asked. Hopefully it’ll be here sooner rather than later. I’ve got training to do!
