If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it us for a full refund or an exchange, less shipping. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
A-TAC Fitness stands by our 100% money back guarantee and a life time warranty on our dive equipment (mask, fins, and snorkels).All other returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
If orders are canceled after they have shipped but before they have been delivered (for any reason), we will be happy to issue a a full refund once the items have been returned to us, less shipping - The return shipping cost on cancelled orders will be the responsibility of the customer.
To return or exchange an item, please have your order number and email address ready & visit our RETURNS HERE or https://return.doddle.com/ATACLETE to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If for whatever reason the site is down or there are technical difficulties email email@example.com
(NOTE: Your Order number will be found on your post-purchase confirmation email).
After receiving a RMA number, package the item securely and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return and input the tracking number into the Return Software during the return process.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles or 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
- T-shirts or stickers that appear to be cut with scissors as a result from cutting the product packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.
