I have five stars for the customer service alone. My first pair had a manufacturing problem. CS was incredibly responsive and provided everything I needed to get a new pair and send back the initial pair.
This is my first pair of this style of boot and I’ve only got about 20 miles on them, but they are flexible and comfortable. Looking forward to more movement under weight and seeing how far they will take me.
