Purchased these upgraded straps to improve my medium Alice pack that I routinely ruck with for fitness. These shoulder straps are a significant upgrade to the original LC1 or LC2 designs. Construction is all high quality. Particularly the full length padding and the sternum strap. I love how the sternum strap slides up and down on the guide rod thing. Much better than having a sternum strap that wraps around each shoulder strap. The pocket on the right shoulder strap is useful if you don’t have an extra large phone. I unfortunately do so I can use it for my phone so I’ll be using it for something else. The only improvement I could see is making the pouch removable. Regardless this system is fantastic and I would certainly recommend it for anyone using an Alice pack.
