How long does it take from ordering to delivery?

We make our best effort to get everything packed and shipped in a timely manner. Due to High demand please allow 2-3 business days for T-Shirts processing and packaging, and 2-3 business days for stateside shipping (Alaska &Hawaii 3-5 business days) once shipped. 

Dive gear (Masks, snorkels, fins, etc.) is typically 1 business day processing and will ship the very next business day.

NOTE: Weekends and Holidays affect the Postal Services and therefore may cause a delay in shipping times. 

 

I'd like to cancel my order, how do I go about this?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange, less shipping. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

ATACLETE stands by our money-back guarantee and a lifetime warranty on our dive equipment (mask, fins, and snorkels).

All other returns such as T-shirts and shorts must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To apply for a return of an item, please have your email address ready & visit https://shopify.com/9494265922/account to log into your customer account portal to manage your Ataclete orders.

Your login will be the email address used for your purchase, and your password will then be emailed to that email address. From there you can access your account customer portal where you can then submit for a return/exchange.

*NOTE* Returns other than size or warranty exchanges will be subject to a 15% Restock Fee. For refunds, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges per our return policy here.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To apply for an exchange of an item, please have your email address ready & visit https://shopify.com/9494265922/account to log into your customer account portal to manage your Ataclete orders.

Your login will be the email address used for your purchase, and your password will then be emailed to that email address. From there you can access your account customer portal where you can then submit for an exchange.

Size and warranty exchange postage will be covered by Ataclete!

*NOTE* For Size exchanges, please leave a note on what size you would like to exchange for (ie. Exchanging Size 10s for Size 11s) when submitting an exchange/return.

 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE
- T-shirts or stickers that appear to be cut with scissors as a result from cutting the product packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

I entered the wrong address when ordering, can I fix this?

Please understand entering the correct information when placing an order is the customer's responsibility. We will do what we can prior to the order being shipped, but we make no promises if the incorrect address was entered. Again, it is the customer's responsibility.
