I purchased these replacement goggles to replace the ones I bought two years ago, which were used 10-15 times and the buckles snapped. I tried to use their "lifetime warranty " by contacting them but never received a response.
It's been longer than 3 weeks and it seems like the order hasn't even been ship yet. After two weeks waiting for it to be shipped, I contacted them and asked for a cancelation. Never received a response or a refund.
I had to open a diapute with my credit card provider.
Stay away from Ataclete and buy your gear at a local shop or other online store. It's not worth the headache
